I'm not a rider - but for these guys I am.....
For those who don't know - riding a spin bike is right up there with some of the most uncomfortable things I could do, so when I was asked to participate in The Big Spin I wanted to nervously laugh and pretend my phone service had cut out.
But then I thought about how much I love this organisation and how a little bit of discomfort is worth every cent.
On Friday the 5th of September, I'll be part of a team cycling for 12 hours. Every dollar donated to Ronald McDonald House - Greater Western Sydney will make each minute I spend on that wretched bike worth it.
